Set Up Call Forwarding in Microsoft Teams

Open Microsoft Teams on your desktop.
Click on the three dots (···) next to your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown.
In the left sidebar, click Calls.
Under Call answering rules, choose one of the following:
- Forward my calls: Select this to forward all calls.
- Choose how your calls will be forwarded:
  - Voicemail
  - Another number (e.g., mobile)
  - Another contact (e.g., a colleague in Teams)
If you want to forward only unanswered calls:
- Scroll to When you can’t answer a call.
- Choose to redirect to voicemail, another number, or a contact.
Changes take effect immediately—no need to click “Save”.

You can also set Teams to ring your number and someone else’s at the same time:

Under When you receive a call, choose Also ring and select a contact or number.
